Refund and Returns Policy

At Brandzonclick, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the process for returning products, requesting refunds, and the applicable conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on the category).
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
    • Perishable goods (food, groceries)
    • Personalized/customized items
    • Gift cards and downloadable digital products
    • Health and hygiene products (like cosmetics, masks)

2. Initiating a Return

  • Log in to your account and go to Orders > Return/Replace.
  • Select the product and reason for return.
  • You will receive a return confirmation and instructions via email or SMS.
  • Products must be returned within the return window mentioned in your order.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallets, net banking).
  • Processing time for refunds: 5–10 business days from the date of product receipt.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to:
    • Defective or damaged product
    • Wrong item shipped

4. Replacement / Exchange

  • Eligible products can be exchanged for the same product (if available).
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and applicable shipping charges.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the product and packaging when reporting the issue.
  • Brandzonclick will arrange for replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • For general returns, return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.
  • Brandzonclick partners with trusted logistics providers for return pickups.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Health, hygiene, or safety-related items

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch via your account or by contacting customer support.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is subject to return process.
